There are four steps to setting up and then using your Releaf cannabis vape pen. 1. Attach your prescribed vape cartridge to the Releaf vape device by clicking it into place. Please ensure that the connection point on both the cartridge and device is clean before attaching. 2. Activate the Releaf vape device by pressing the button 5 times. 3. Once the cartridge is connected and the device is activated, your Releaf THC vape is ready to use. Simply inhale for two to three seconds, then hold your breath for the same amount of time before exhaling. 4. It is always best to start with one single inhalation, as the full onset of effects from THC vapes can take between 10 and 15 minutes. Always follow the instructions of your prescribing specialist.

Effective for sudden symptom flare-ups: Medical cannabis vapes can be used on their own or prescribed alongside medical cannabis oils to help manage flare-ups when symptoms strike unexpectedly.

If you are currently registered as a patient with another private medical cannabis clinic, you will first need to request a patient discharge letter before you can sign up as a Releaf patient. After you have an initial consultation with a Releaf medical cannabis clinician and your case is reviewed by our MDT, a decision will be made regarding issuing a new prescription.

Medical cannabis vape pens, also known as THC vape pens, are a discreet, easily portable, and fast-acting form of medical cannabis prescribed to Releaf patients. They consist of two main parts: a reusable and rechargeable Releaf vape pen device (sometimes referred to as a “battery”) and a replaceable cartridge. The cartridge clicks into the device, and holds a precise formulation of cannabinoids which can include THC, CBD, or a balanced mix of both.

All prescriptions are stored digitally on your Releaf Patient Dashboard. You can view both current and past prescriptions by clicking on the Prescriptions tab. If you would like to download a copy: - From the list of prescriptions, click View Prescription next to the order you need. - This opens the prescription page with two boxes: Shipped Items and Order Details. - In the Order Details box, look for the FP10 section (last on the list). - Click the Download link there to save or print a paper-ready copy of your prescription.

Yes. All Releaf patients who are prescribed a THC vape will receive a dedicated Releaf medical-grade vaporiser device free of charge with their first prescription. This is a rechargeable and reusable device. Should you want or need a second Releaf medical-grade vaporiser device, they are available for purchase through the Releaf shop in the Patient Dashboard for £14.99.
