General questions about Releaf's service and medical cannabis.

If you miss your consultation, you may be able to rebook depending on the circumstances. Our Patient Support Team can help you understand your options and arrange a new appointment where appropriate. If your consultation was cancelled because your ID was not verified at least 24 hours before the appointment start time, you’ll be able to rebook once your ID has been successfully verified. This is different from missing an appointment and is intended to give you the opportunity to complete ID checks and book again. To avoid any disruption, we recommend completing all required steps, including ID verification, as soon as possible after booking. If you’re unsure what’s needed or need support, our Patient Support Team is available to help.
